Unveiled just in time for the first real splash of Mancunian sunshine this year, guests visiting Evuna can now try a brand new addition to the restaurant’s carefully curated wine list with Orange Marrows from acclaimed producer Pago del Vicario.
The vibrant skin contact wine arrives with a distinctive orange hue alongside aromas of ripe apricot, citrus and delicate florals, while the palate balances fresh texture, bright acidity and ripe fruit with a smooth, lingering finish.
Perfectly suited to the warmer months, the wine pairs particularly well with the sumptuous seafood, grilled vegetables and lighter pasta dishes on Evuna’s Mediterranean menu.
