Find calm, clarity and community at Vajra Moon meditation evenings at The Village Hall

23 Apr - 23 Jul

For those looking to slow down and reset, the Vajra Moon meditation group offers a welcoming space to explore mindfulness and connection in the heart of Great Northern.

Held on the second and fourth Friday of each month from 6pm to 8pm at the Village Hall, tucked away down Deansgate Mews, the sessions are open to all, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Each evening combines guided meditation with light discussion and Buddhist-inspired reflections, all delivered in a relaxed and informal setting.

The focus of the fortnightly sessions is on cultivating calm, clarity and emotional balance through simple, practical techniques that can be carried into everyday life, with no expectation for participants to get things “right”, instead emphasising an exploration of the practice at their own pace.

After the meditation, the group opens up for conversation, creating space to reflect on the session or simply enjoy time with others.

Attendees are welcome to bring snacks and drinks.

Vajra Moon’s approach is down to earth and inclusive, offering two hours of quiet focus and shared experience for anyone curious about meditation or in need of a regular pause in their routine.
